Federica studied Physiotherapy at the University of Palermo, Sicily and graduated in 2017. 

Federica moved to UK after her completing her degree and has gained experience in both the NHS, completing rotations in Musculoskeletal, Stroke Rehab and Community and in the private MSK sector.

Federica has a special interest in Women’s Health Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, particularly with ante and post-natal back and pelvic pain and conditions such as Rectus Diastasis, Pelvic Girdle Pain and Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction.

Federica also has a particular interest in Clinical Pilates, having completed levels 1, 2 and 3 of Matwork Pilates training, with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI).

Federica has experience in the assessment, diagnosis and management of clients with acute and chronic Women’s Health conditions. Her approach is thorough and highly organised in order to assist each individual patients’ rehabilitation process and to enable their recovery back to a better level of function and activity.

Federica is a full member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
