George is a Sports Massage Therapist who began his career through Personal Training. This helps to define George’s principles of looking for solutions with a global approach, rather than just looking at this issue that has risen.
George has over 8 years’ experience working in the industry, working alongside many other professionals as well as improving himself with courses such as becoming an EXOS performance specialist.
George always endeavours to further his skills and knowledge and is therefore able to provide sports massage intervention to help improve soft tissue function, reduce tension and improve posture, plus help improve performance/lifestyle for individuals from varied backgrounds, all while working as a team with the other therapists.
George has supported many people and teams in his career, from golf, tennis, netball, football and more notably, helping championship rugby side London Scottish RFC.
George enjoys meeting new clients and focusing on supporting them to get back to their best, and to improve overall quality of performance and life. With the combination of his Personal Training background and Sport Massage experience, George is able to understand client’s individual needs, tailoring each session to reach their desired goals for an overall improvement in physical and wellbeing.
George is based at our Sutton and Raynes Park clinics.
