What to Expect from Treatment

We start by thoroughly assessing your symptoms, posture, movement patterns and lifestyle. This allows us to identify the underlying causes of your pain and develop a clear treatment plan.
Hands-on techniques such as soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations or spinal manipulation can help to reduce pain, improve mobility and ease muscle tension.

You’ll receive a structured, progressive exercise plan focused on:

  • Improving strength and stability
  • Enhancing flexibility and mobility
  • Rebuilding confidence in movement
Poor movement habits can contribute to recurring issues. We’ll help you improve posture at work, at home and during exercise – giving you practical strategies to avoid future problems.
We’ll guide you through safe and effective ways to manage discomfort, including pacing strategies, breathing techniques, and gentle movement.
Our goal is not just to relieve your current symptoms, but to reduce the chance of the problem returning. We’ll equip you with the tools and knowledge to stay healthy in the long term.

Take the First Step

If msk conditions is affecting your daily life, don’t wait. Physiotherapy is one of the most effective, evidence-based treatments available – and early intervention makes a big difference.

Book your appointment today and let our expert team help you move more freely, with confidence and less pain.

I worked with Brooke at the Raynes Park site to sort out my rotator cuff issue. She was very thorough and measured in her guidance and exercises and now I have full range back, pain-free after years of twinges and restricted movement. Thanks so much, Brooke!

I went to see Brooke with an initial shoulder injury but which on detailed assessment turned out to be a systemic , inflammatory condition. Brooke was wonderfully thorough in her assessment and spent a lot of time explaining the nature of the condition and guiding me on how best to manage it. She gave me a series of very helpful exercises and also offered me a place on her group Pilates classes held at the same venue. She reviewed me frequently , always sent prompt summaries of my exercises by email and , when I was ready for discharge , went through a series of gym based exercises with me that I could continue by myself. I was really impressed by the service offered and would heartily recommend Brooke and MS Physio. Many thanks for your care and professionalism.

I saw Nick when a sports injury triggered an old whiplash injury. He could not have been more thorough with his initial assessments. I couldn't fully turn my head. After incredible treatments and informed advice of exercises to do independently I am fully recovered. Nick's manner is very professional with genuine interest in his patients. Thankyou!

I started treatment for acute low back and sacroiliac joint pain with Nick Wirth. After the initial treatment to alleviate the pain, Nick recommended Pilates classes to develop and enhance core strength. I’ve now been attending Jess Field’s Pilates classes for well over a year and feel so much better for it! I also have regular reassessments with Jess which include modifications to my exercise routine plus additional sports massage to relieve muscle tension. Jess has been very understanding, informative and able to resolve my ongoing back issues. I highly recommend her and the rest of the team including Michelle the receptionist at MSO physio Sutton.
